This NGO exists to provide legal services to people who cannot afford legal fees CCE believes that justice is a fundamental human right which should be enjoyed by all members of society without stress or fear.

As a national Advocacy body CCE has achieved a limited but credible track record of providing our service users with a portfolio of services and references, ranging from a simple enquiry about our organisation to advice and guide on how to ensure fair access and outcomes from the justice institutions.

In striving to be more effective the CCE recognises that our current internal capacity cannot meet the complex diverse and growing needs of who we want to serve. We need to raise funds and to cushion the organisation.
